The Wildflower Playhouse exists to promote community. A space for artists to gather. For wild spirits to explore, learn and grow in the arts.
Our Theater
The Wildflower Playhouse is an 80 seat proscenium stage theater. Complete with studio sound and advanced lighting system. Coming soon is our movie screen and professional projection system.
Our Gallery
The Wildflower Playhouse Gallery holds up to 75ft of artist displays featuring seasonal artist collections from Taos and abroad.
Our Founder
Founded in 2019. Jim Avery saw a need for a performance arts venue that would serve the Taos Community. With the support of his loving wife Lyn Avery, The Wildflower Playhouse Theater and Gallery came to be. Jim's vision was to build a beautiful space where community could gather and art would be celebrated. Before, during and in the aftermath of a worldwide pandemic, Jim put his heart and soul into creating space for the performing arts. The Wildflower Playhouse serves as an intimate setting for all who seek to stand under her lights.
