ReVoZo directed by Vicente Griego and resident company of the Playhouse, brings a captivating program that is a hallmark of the Wildflowers programming. Griego's artistic direction and distinct musical palate, curates a powerful and memorable evening that brings together Northern New Mexico influence, culture, music and of course flamenco.  

Griego and his stellar cast of musicians and dancers have graced the stage of the Wildflower since they first opened their doors, with every performance resonating in spirit and artistry. This Saturday will be no exception. Griego brings new works masterfully orchestrated with original musical compositions, combining the choreographic influence from renowned guest artist Eloy Aguilar of Granada, Spain. 

This Saturday's performance will feature the choreography, performance and creative mind of guest artist Eloy Aguilar. Aguilar brings new choreography to ReVoZo’s presentation. He has performed in tablaos and festivals throughout Spain and the United States. Aguilars portfolio includes the Festival Internacional de Música y Danza de Granada with the Maria Pagés company, España Baila, Antonio Marquez and Libertango Camerta, at the Festival Internacional de Tango de Costa del Sol in Malaga and Granada, and now ReVoZo at the Wildflower Playhouse in Taos New Mexico!  

Joining Aguilar on the stage will be La Emi a native of Chamisal. La Emi performs throughout New Mexico and works to promote flamenco education and performance through her company and non-profit organization EmiArte Flamenco. Known for her grace and musicality, she brings a playful elegance to her arte. Also performing is the captivating Jainera Cordova. Cordova is no stranger to the Wildflower stage, a New Mexico native and Taos favorite, she bring a fierce musicality to her dance, filling the stage with precision unique to her artistry and talent.  

ReVoZo brings an orchestra of talented musicians including Gabriel Osuna. A native of the Embudo Valley, Osuna shares his talent with the Taos Community through musical productions including ReVoZo, the Elementary Arts Visiting Artist Program and his own musical group “Rio Vista”. Osuna creates an energy that resonates through a clear love of his art form. Joining the orchestra is Eddie Garcia of Santa Fe on percussion, Mark Dudrow of Questa on Cello and of course Vicente Griego cantaor. Griego is a master of his craft with a vision so powerful you will fall in love with flamenco.
